This conversation event will focus on skills, talents and competences.

Are you aware of your individual skills, talents and competences.

Competence is very often misinterpreted by intelligence. Let's talk about this critically and be aware of the meaning to avoid pitfalls.

Could you present, develop and best demonstrate your strengths, abilities, talents, competences in:

     - school;

     - as a teenager;

     - within your family;

     - in your job?

What are your hidden and unrevealed talents, skills, competences,.....?

Why are your talents still unrevealed?

What are emotional competences?

If you had to advise teens, who are on the brink to start their career, which competences seem to be most important nowadays, or should become more essential and what would you tell them?
